3% is a sad and telling little number.

Does 3% warrant it’s own conference? Well, when that’s where the number has capped out for female creative directors, then yes.

The first ever female creative director conference, the 3% Conference, is being held this fall in San Francisco. (Insert jokes here about the ridiculously small space needed.)

The topics might be a little familiar ("is birth the death for female CDs?" and "pay it forward: a mentoring session"), but hopefully with creatives at the helm, it'll be presented & discussed in a new way.
